  Recommended business. They cleaned my hand made rugs and very happy with it. Rugs came up beautiful and all the colours are brightened up.

  Part1
  Gave these guys two expensive persian rugs to wash. Picked them up two weeks later. Rolled them out at home to find the colours had run through out the patterns. Nothing said when picking them up. When I let them know of the problem I was told the rugs were like that when they received them. I told them I had photos I'd taken before I dropped them off for cleaning. They asked me to send them. They then questioned the date and authenticity of the photos. They then picked the rugs up and took them back to the factory to have a look at them. I get a phone call from Lincoln the owner and he tells me there is nothing he can do. He said he had never seen anything like it in his 30 years experience. He said he would get them valued and use his insurance to reimburse me. That was ten days ago and haven't heard from him since. They still have my rugs. I'm still waiting.

  Heard nothing from them for 3-4weeks. I went there to find the rugs under a pile of others. Nothing done.
  Lady at reception tells me it happens sometimes but they're "getting better and it doesn't happen as often as it used too". No compensation. Not even an offer of reimbursement, just a "sorry". Left with two expensive rugs completely ruined and lost $280 odd. Don't touch these guys. Pay a bit extra and go to the professionals.

  The best in business with many many years of experience. They cleaned my very expensive Persian rugs and very happy with the cleaning. And they have repaired the damaged area and very happy with it.

  The rugs were returned to us in pretty much same condition we handed them in with all stains still there bits of food were still in the rug (popcorn which should dissolve in water when washed) and to top it off the carpet has a foul odour. whilst trying to resolve the issue the ceased answering calls or responding to msgs dispite seeing photos attached. My intention is not to bad mouth a small business but I've been left with no choice and don't appreciate being ripped off. $400 down the drain will be going vcat.
