  Finally found gps who take time to listen, take time to investigate and take time to care for your medical needs. Bedside manners of all the clinic gps have been always pleasant and approachable and very knowledgeable. The admin reception staff are very welcoming and the nurses are just fabulous. It can be so stressful especially when kids are sick but all our visits have been such a positive and pleasant experience . Need more clinics like WOW.

  Asked for a double appt when I rang for myself and 6 mth old son. Was told I had a night appt at 7.40pm. Arrived 5 mins early to find I wasn’t booked a double appt and I was still waiting 30 mins later with a very tired baby.
  
  People arriving after me being seen before me so I ended up leaving before being seen. Would rather be kept waiting at a bill bill clinic than be charged to wait here. Very disappointing.

  Waited 40 minutes past to appointment time, told you will be next.
  Looked like they don't care much about you or your time.
  So left without seeing a doctor.
  
  I understand that doctor can be late seeing other patients due to unexpected situation. However, polite heads up that it is going to take time would have been helpful.

  doctors and staffs are great. however the waiting time is a bit too long. even though you are on time you need to wait at least 30min.. but doctors are very caring and listening.

  Ive lived in the Dandenong area for 18 months now & had trouble finding a doctors i liked.
  Wellness on Wellington are a fantastic surgery!
  I called to make an appointment, it was made an appointment for 45 minutes later, i also requested a female doctor which wasn't a problem.
  There is no problem parking with a Massive car park for Surgery patients only.
  Upon arival was greeted quickly, there is a massive waiting area, lots of chairs, a pharmacy & imaging downstairs.
  I waited for no more than 10 minutes to see the doctor.
  The doctor was very thorough on getting my medical history as a first time patient.
  As i was having a "female issues" appointment, she made me feel very comfortable.
  All appropriate tests were taken & thorough discussion on appropriate action upon results.
  I left smiling!
  Happy ive now found a Doctors surgery where i can bring my family.
