- kumamonn Added October 26, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Generally have had no issues. But I brought it to them the other day just to fix my wifi connectivity and they said it would take two days?! Then I asked to speak with the technician about it and they said he is off at lunch. After another hour I called back asking to speak with the person working on my laptop (was wondering why it was so difficult because there was 3 people working there that day)
After being messed around and given no answers they called me an hour before closing and said there was no issues with my laptop and it was ready to go then. Strange experience.. to think I would have had to wait 2 days for a technician to tell me there's nothing wrong with my laptop..
they Clayton branch seems to be much more professional and better suited for dealing with technical issues. They have a bigger store and much more friendly staff
