- ghaith Dh khalil Added June 24, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I never ever recommend This VIV centre to any one, I had a very bad experience with Revamp, the people has first no respect for anyone. They are not reasonable and they want to show them self's they are good in front of VicRoads while they are not. I called VicRoads and complain about them and they instructed them not to use bad words towards there customers. Also they don't follow a logical sequence of acts instead they check if the car is good for repair they invent more problems and asks you to change things which they are not related to the accident. Claiming that it needs to be don so you have to come back. Yes they are that bad . My advice never ever go to Revamp Automotive PTY LTD .
- Aaron Miles Added January 06, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was allocated Revamp for my VIV Inspection by VicRoads. The process went incredibly well with no problems at all. It all comes down to preparation. If you prepare yourself and have all the documentation in order then you will NOT have a problem. They were also gracious enough to complete a RWC inspection while it was there which once I fix the minor issue they flagged, I will be good to go. I found them accommodating, polite and personable, all the things you want in life really. If I lived locally I would have no reservations in taking my cars to Revamp for their regular servicing. Thanks guys.
